How to stay consistent when I've failed 100 times?
If you really want to stay consistent even after failing multiple times then you will have to apply this 2 minutes rule in your life. This is a rule from book: Atomic habits
James clearclearly wrote in this book that every task should be broken down into tiny 2 minute version and you can't say no to that task
for Example:- 1.Want to start exercise? :- just wear your shoes 2.Want to study 2 hours ? :- just open the book for 2 minutes
In this case your task is not to do exercise instead your task should be to just wear shoes.
Because you Brain hates "big task" But it never resist small start.
